There seems to be a bug in Brainstorm: when I right click on a trial and select to plot only MAG sensors, the time series do not correspond to the correct sensors. For example, in this figure I selected 2 sensors in the topography, but got only one highlighted time series.

I can’t reproduce this behavior.
Make sure this is a reproducible issue, even after restarting Matlab.
Then please prepare an example and post a link to download it: duplicate your subject (right-click > File > Duplicate subject), delete all the unnecessary files, and finally export it (right-click > File > Export subject).

Sorry, my mistake. I had selected a specific montage which displayed only a subset of the available sensors. Everything works great!
