Connectivity analysis across subjects with different numbers of channels

Hi there,

I'm very new to Brainstorm and am working with sEEG data and each of my subjects has different numbers of electrodes and channels. I've generated clusters contaning the channels that correspond to ROIs (4 clusters each), but each cluster has different numbers of channels as well.

I get an error when trying to run connectivity analyses across subjects due to the mismatch in channel numbers. Is there a way to do this when the channel numbers differ for each participant? How would I go about it?

Thanks again!

I anticipate that you will have to define these clusters from each participant based on the anatomical locations of the electrodes of interest in their respective brains. If you name those clusters consistently across patients and define a cluster function that will extract a summary time series from all electrodes in the cluster (such as PCA or equivalent), you will obtain one time series per cluster per patient and should be able to use these data for group analysis.
