This function “kaiserord” is part of the Signal Processing Toolbox. If this toolbox is not available, it should automatically use the replacement function “oc_kaiserord”. I don’t know why it is not doing it on your computer, maybe some issues in your Matlab installation?
You should be able to manually disable the use of the Signal Processing Toolbox. In the Brainstorm preferences (menu File > Edit preferences), uncheck the box “Use Signal Processing Toolbox”, and save the changes.
