Suggestion to choose Cellexplorer or phy as the post step for supervised spike sorting of the Kilosort output

As shown in the tutorial (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/e-phys/SpikeSorting). Klusters is a visualization tool that can be used for supervised spike sorting of the Kilosort output. However, Kcluster seems hard to compile on the Windows system. And Its function seems very limited. Cellexplorer is also a Matlab toolbox with a nice GUI. Phy has a built-in convert function to transform the output of kilosort to the format for phy. No matter which one, it seems to be better than the current one.

Hi @zhangjb39, thank you for the heads-up for those wonderful tools.

For now, there is no plan to added in Brainstorm in the new future. However, if you want to spearhead that integration, collaboration is welcomed, and we will happy to provide guidance towards it

Hi @Raymundo.Cassani Thank you. I can try to integrate it when I do my project. Maybe when the project is almost finished, I can try to integrate it into the GUI.
