A question about SEEG

When I view the SEEG epileptogenicity maps in Tutorials, I can’t understand the 3 coordinate systems(MRI,SCS and MNI).

If you are planning to use Brainstorm routinely, I recommend you start by reading the introduction tutorials (section “Get started” on the tutorial page), using the corresponding example dataset, at least until #19:

I think I have understood the 3 coordinate system.

Now I have a new question that how the positions of the SEEG contacts (the txt file) was got.Or I don’t know the position of the SEEG belongs to which coordinate system.

The position of the SEEG contacts were obtained with Brainstorm, and exported in the SCS coordinate system:
