I use the Colin27 template anatomy which is warped by mine channel file. After sourcing, I get the time series of source results. Now I want to divide the brain into N regions to analyze the source data. Can I use some templates to divide it? And how can I do?

The Colin27 template is distributed with various atlases, all the ones that are provided by FreeSurfer (atlases are available from the Scout tab):

Note that we recommend to use the MNI ICBM152 template instead of Colin27.
