Currently we do support the automatic detection of Brain Products' 64 cap as well. Follow as per the tutorials with these updated steps:
For the step Configure EEG montage , go to EEG montage>Add EEG Montage...>Use default EEG cap>ICBM152>BrainProducts>BrainProducts ActiCap 68
For the step Collect EEG points , collect the points T7, T8, Oz and GND in order for the Auto button to be active. You can hover on the button as well to find this instruction.

It seems the EEG cap montage you selected is not correct. Can you make sure you selected as I recommended in the thread above i.e. EEG montage>Add EEG Montage...>Use default EEG cap>ICBM152>BrainProducts>BrainProducts ActiCap 68
After selecting that the Coordinate list should look as under:
You can now collect T7, T8, Oz and GND in order and Auto button should activate.
