About compute PTE

Hello Francois,

I' m going to calculate the PTE of my EEG sources data. I choose six scouts but it warns me that internal matrix dimensions must be consistent. What should I do to solve it?

Hi guys,

I can't reproduce the issue on my end. The issue seems to be coming from extracting frequency bands, not from PTE. Could it be related to the recent filter updates?

@neuro151 Can you share the file so we can reproduce it on our end?

@neuro151 We can't reproduce this error on our end. If you would like us to help you with your data, please share with us a small example dataset.

  • Right-click on the subject folder > File > Duplicate subject
  • In the duplicated subject, delete all the files that are not necessary to reproduce the error. Keep the MRI, the selected surfaces (in green), the channel files, the forward and inverse models you used, and the files of interest.
  • Right-click on the duplicated subject > File > Export subject
  • Upload the .zip file somewhere (dropbox, google drive...) and post the download link here
  • Describe the exact steps (all the clicks, all the options) to reproduce the error

For posterity, the error ended up being a corrupted brainstorm3 software folder.
