About Omega Database sample

Hi there!
I was reading about the experiment in Omega rest database and I have one doubt:

it states the experiment was made in resting state condition with eyes open? is it correct?

I mean, I've always thought that resting condition in omega database was with closed eyes, and that's why we should expect the tipical eeg band topography (e.g., posterior Alpha)

Am I missing something?

All the references to OMEGA confirm that most recordings were acquired eyes open.
This is not incompatible with observing strong alpha in the parietal and occipital regions.
