Adding a new atlas (.annot)

Hi, I have created a new Freesurfer annotation file and I would like to add it to the atlases. When I import the Freesurfer anatomy folder, it does not upload the .annot file. I think the reason is that brainstorm only looks for a certain .annot file and if they exist, it will upload them. When I try to add the atlas manually, it gives me the error that the number of vertices are different. Any idea how to add a new .annot file would be greatly appreciated.

Indeed, only the .annot files produced by the standard recon-all pipeline are imported automatically:

If you need to import additional atlases, you need to import all the anatomy manually, as described in this tutorial:
