Adding trigger delay to evoked response

Hi François,

Owing to my own carelessness, I decided to not add the trigger delays at the start of my study. After many computations for different subjects and trials, I have the source-averaged evoked response in the inter-subject folder. And I would like to use this figure for publication. But as you can see, the time series and all its peaks are delayed by 40-ms (measured trigger delay). Is there a way to add the delay at this stage or any other workaround to shift the time series?

I already tried exporting the source-averaged evoked response to MATLAB and take the average of the response from the selected scout to draw the time series. But the computed time series is different. I guess this has to do with how Brainstorm computes the average taking into account the signs of each signal but I am not sure.

Thanks in advance.

You can use the process "Pre-process > Add time offset" to adjust the timing of any file for your figures.
