You need to delete the MATLABROOT.txt file in your user folder: $HOME/.brainstorm/MATLABROOT.txt

As suggested, you can open a terminal in this folder, and call it this way: brainstorm3.command <MATLABROOT_v80> It would overwrite the previously set value Or you can delete the file MATLABROOT.txt in your user folder: $HOME/.brainstorm/MATLABROOT.txt It would ask you again for the Matlab Runtime folder.
