I am not sure why I am getting this odd error for a few of my subjects.

Can you visualize the entire recording without troubles?
Double-click and move forward in time until you reach the end of the recordings.
Does it run without errors if you check the option: Process the entire file at once?

Yes, I was able to do it when I process the entire file at once.
Either way the matter is resolved for my current task. It was unclear why this was the case for some but not all files.

It could be an issue on reading the EDF files by blocks.
Would it be possible to share one of the EDF files that gives you troubles to inspect more at detail the trouble? If so, upload the file somewhere and share the download links here either in this post or a direct message to me.
I can share a portion of the edited file.
It will give you the same issue as tested.
