Basic questions about power spectrum density(Welch) and method of calculating relative power

Hi

There are two things I want to clarify.

First, I'm wondering what does 'mean' means when I edit PSD options in the 'group in frequency band' (step 2)?

And the other one is,
How did brainstorm calculate relative power(divided by total power)(step 3) ?
For example, SUM of the chosen frequency band (30-50Hz)/ SUM of all band(1-50Hz) power or MEAN of the chosen frequency band (30-50Hz)/ MEAN of all band(1-50Hz) power?

Thanks!!

It means that the value for band power is computed as the mean of the PSD (computed with Welch's) in that frequency range.

It is the the value for band power divided by the sum of all the band power.
In the depicted pipeline it would be: MEAN of the chosen frequency band (30-50Hz) / SUM of the MEANS of all bands (that were computed)?
