BEST issue 1 while obtaining inverse solution issue 2 with OPENMEG BEM headmodel

I have 2 issues with BEST. I try to obtain inverse solution and I get the first error I put in screenshot. I have done 3 shell sphere for headmodel.

Then I try OPENMEG BEM headmodel and this happens.

Everything is uptodate.

I see it (BEST) works if I load one file but not if I load several at the same time.

The Error #137 in OpenMEEG is caused due to memory.

You may want to try with smaller surfaces and/or use the Adjoint formulation option which requires less memory.


For the BEST issue, @edelaire, have you encounter this issue?

i tried to reproduce the issue on my side without success. Are all the files you try to localize the same length ?

Could you open the localization with each file separatly and post the image here ?

I have tried doing the headmodel with several eeg of 1 second like 60 or more. So I have different folders because I fragment each eeg in different fragments of 1 second so I can process easily. But they are originally 10 cards shown 1 minute each so I have 10 folders of 60 eeg 1 second each. So I try to do headmodel with 60 EEG of 1 s probably that can work if I do headmodel for 1s eeg and use the same headmodel for the rest. Would that work ?

Probably that's the issue they are all 1 second but different seconds of the same fragment (0-1 1-2 2-3 ...) but may be they should all be standardized uniform epoch time.

That allowed me to start processing with BEST but I have another error.

I have several files. I don't know if that is relevant. The idea is to automatize processing and not having to do one by one.
