BrainEntropy MEM

Hi, Francois
i m tring to apply the Maximum Entropy on the Mean method on my dataset. however, when i do that, nonlinear tools are not available. (see attached screenshot)

Are you using a volume source grid or a cortex surface model? In the first case it is also grey for me, in the second i'm able to use it.

I'm working on a cortex surface model "OpenMEEG BEM" but it doesn't work

Hi ridha,

In order to access the non-linear options, as already mentioned, you need a cortex-based head model (OpenMEEG BEM is fine), and you also need to make sure to compute the source model from a specific data file. In your last screenshot, you right clicked on the head model, that won't work. You should right click on a data file like you did in your first screenshot ("Avg: data_GM_...").

I hope this helps,
Martin

Ok
Thank you so much Martin.
but if i m tring "rMEM" method, this method return error. (see attached screenshot)

@youneszer @klack @RChowdhury @tanguy @Lina @cgrova @aliobaibk?

Hello,

@ridha, please first try to reload your database: Right click > Reload
It seems that you successfully run rMEM, but the output file does not match the logic of the files tree (it should at least be where your other source locs are).
