Hello
I’m looking to transfer the sources localization information I’ve obtained in MATLAB using Fieldtrip over to the Brainstorm environment. My goal is to leverage Brainstorm’s visualization capabilities. Thank you in advance for your guidance
Hello, check these posts and the links mentioned in them:
I want to test my imaging results generated from my deep learing method(.mat) with BST. Is there any way to implement that? Is it possible to just simply rewrite the parameters in a SOURCE FILE generated from a random method selected in BST?(such as LORETA)
the following are the parameters in a source file i created in BST database. Can you help me explain what these paremeters actually work in a source struct?

Hi, First of all, I would like to thank you for your guidance in topic "head modeling" , then
i wanted to ask you that if i want to do EEG inverse problem myself (brain source signal estimation), can i display the estimated source signal with Brainstorm, i know that if Brainstorm does source estimation itself, it has the item "display on the cortex" for displaying the results, but my question is that: is it possible to import current signals and then use Brainstorm just for displaying them on t…
Hi there,
I run a task-PLS using source data (not in brainstorm). The data matrix I used is 40 * 15002, I now want to map the voxels with significant brain scores back to brain regions and I was wondering if there's a way to do that. Thank you very much!
Best,
Victoria

Thank you for your response
So I have to replace the brain source amplitudes with ImageGridAmp. right?
