I want to do the sources localization by using ECDs, I have known that Brainstorm 3.0 is committed to solving distributed source modeling, so could you tell me where I can find the tutorials of Brainstorm 2.0?

Brainstorm is made for the computation of distributed source models only. There is no support for ECD modeling, and no plan to re-introduce that feature anytime soon.
Brainstorm 2 is neither distributed nor supported anymore.
If you really need dipole fitting algorithms, you should have a look to other Matlab toolboxes (maybe FieldTrip?)
