Would someone be able to share the tar file for CENA? I can't get in touch with anyone from the lab.

Sorry Brandon but the Brainstorm team does not support the distribution of CENA so there is nothing we can do here except informing the CENA team, which Francois did above.
Maybe we can help you with alternatives though: what would you like to do with your data?

Unfortunately, I don't think the CENA plugin has been maintained in the past years.
