CAT12 does not create cortex surface file

Dear Francois,

In the tutorial: https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/SegCAT12 it is said that ''The files you can see in the database explorer at the end(when you run CAT12) are: cortex_15000V''

However, when I run CAT12 in brainstorm (right click MRI>MRI segmentation>CAT12) I get the surface files: mid_15002V, pial15002V and white_15002V and not the cortex_15000V

Which surface file shall I use as default for my head model? Is there a way to create the surface file cortex_15000V?

The file "pial" is what is named "cortex" in the tutorial.
I will fix the tutorial accordingly, thank you for reporting this.

I fixed the code and the tutorial to be more consistent:

You will now have always 3 surfaces when running CAT: central (the primary outcome of CAT - selected as the default cortex), pial (what is named "cortex" when importing FreeSurfer outputs), and white (grey-white interface).

Please let me know if you notice any other inconsistencies.
