We are now trying to do some connectivity processing, like causality connectivity. All subjects were preocessed using brainstorm. The software generated three kinds of data, that's ERF, frequency and source (see the following picture)
one head-scraching question is that we cannot master any package fitting well with brainstorm. Such as HERMES and eConnectome. The biggest obstacle comes from data content. Trying to rearrange the matrix generated by brainstorm is a time consuming task.
So, could you please recommed one software package which fit well with brainstorm. The one that could import the data generated by brainstorm would be best. Many thanks !
