Channel position on head model

Hye

I am trying to add the data with the atlas-based anatomy
I have added the Atlas and the Optodes files.
But the position of the source and detectors is not coming over the head.

Hi @Abidahussain, please provide more context about the format of the data you want to open.

Hye I am using open access data with nirs format for 4 month old child. Can be seen in this link,

For optode positions, I used text file by adding the following values of source and detector.
sources.mat (593 Bytes)
detectors.mat (793 Bytes)
For atlas I used the following atlas for 6 month old children.
