Check MEG-MRI registration

Hi Francois. It looks like you fixed the issues I was seeing with the MRI viewer in Linux. Thank you.

The other issue I mentioned is one I’m still seeing. When I right-click on the Neuromag channels and select “Check MEG-MRI registration”, I get a window with the head surface and the MEG sensors, but no control buttons (see attached snapshot).

I’m running Linux Cent OS 5.2, Matlab R2008b, and the latest version of Brainstorm (downloaded just a few minutes ago).

This really isn’t that urgent, but I’d appreciate any help you can give.

Hi Will,

Indeed, the menu “Check MEG-MRI registration” is here to [I]check[/I] if the registration is ok, not to [I]change[/I] this registration.

To improve the MEG/MRI registration, you have two options:

  • An automatic one, based on the head points (“Auto-registration using head points”)
  • A manual one, that will give you many little buttons in the figure’s toolbar (“Manual MEG-MRI registration”).

Please don’t hesitate to post other questions or other bug reports.
