Regarding to classification and comparison of functional connections extracted by Envelope corrolation and PTE methods in different groups, is it possible to display the connections in brainstorm in the form of pi-chart, etc (like excel charts).
You have access to all the connectivity matrices and you can plot them the way you want from the Matlab command line or a custom Matlab script.
