Hello community,

I do have a question about cortico-musclar coherence.
Usually it is correlated between an EMG channel and an EEG channel both using Volt as a unit.
I am wondering if it is also possible to calculate the coherence of a channel with source data from a specific scout in brainstorm using pAm²/Hz with the EMG channel using Volt.
I know this might be problematic because of the different units but is there any way to calculate coherence of an EMG to a complete area?

I would be very happy about any information or experiences with that.

There is no problem with computing the coherence between signals with different amplitude ranges. In the Process2 tab, put your EEG/EMG files on the left and the source results on the right, then run the coherence computation.
