Collecting points using Polhemus Fastrak

Dear all,

I am using brainstorm (version 3.4) on MATLAB R2017b (64 bt version) on a Windows 10 computer, to digitize electrode positions with the EEG montage: BrainProduct 64 channels, Polhemus Fastrak.
After opening the Digitize GUI and editing settings, I try to collect points.
However, there is no response (coordinates) when I press the button on the stylus nor click the buttons of the GUI.
Is there something I should check?

Hi Beth,

Thank you for the suggestion.
It turned out that the rs232 outside of the PC was not connected with the motherboard.
The good thing is that I can collect points after connecting them.
The bad thing is that I receive 2 different coordinates at the same time after one click.

Here is the screenshot of MATLAB before and after the clicking.
It seems that I received 188 (2*94) bytes with one ValuesSent.

In order to figure what's going on, I used putty to check the serial setting.
The first line is the result of entering "S".
The others are the results of pressing the button on the stylus.

Would you tell me what is the next step to solve the problem?
