Computing volume head model - dimensions of arrays being concatenated are not consistent

Dear BST Community,

I am trying to do a volume source analysis, and would like to run statistics on the outputs of the 1 x N functional connectivity metrics. Accordingly, I need the subjects in the same space.

I am following this tutorial (https://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials/CoregisterSubjects#Volume_source_models) for volume source models, but at the step where I am supposed to create a head model for each subject, I am running into this error:

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

From your report, it is not possible to understand what is happening or where the error could be occurring in the code.

Please post more information about this error:

  • screen captures showing all the files involved in the database explorer
  • screen captures showing from where you right-click, and which menu you select
  • screen captures showing the files selected in the Process1 box, and the option windows of the various processes
