Connectivity: Link connections in graph and matrix figures for NxN

suggestion: it would be nice if when we select a connection in the graph, that it highlight the same connection in the matrix view to be able to see the exact connection value :slight_smile:

Few additional suggestions:

  • when displaying graph, it might be nice to be able to choose to display, only positive, only negative or both connections

  • when displaying matrix, the title of the graph is cut / not easy to read:

  • When displaying matrix, it might be nice to remove raw/column that are all zeros (usefull after applying a threshold)

  • it would be nice to be able to reproduce this kind of figure:

  • Add the possibility to use the same threshold when having multiple graphs open. Ideally, it would be nice to be able to press “=” to synchronise the threshold across the open graph. (maybe also synchronize the colorbars)

  • Being able to apply the threshold on the matrix visualization from the interface (as for the graph)

  • Add process to extract/visualize graph network property (clustering coefficient, node efficiency… )
