Connectivity Process

Hi Francois,

I've been working with an EEG file, and I'm having some trouble running the connectivity process. I ran some pre-processing work, including a DC offset, band-pass filter, and Notch filter, and then I re-referenced the EEG to generate the average reference. After, I ran some artifact cleaning with ICA. I am now interested in analyzing the inter- and intra-hemispheric coherence using the 'Coherence 1xN' process, but after I load the data into the 'files to process' space, the 'Connectivity' option is grayed out and unavailable. When I did click on it, I received the following error message. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

The connectivity processes are currently not implemented for the continuous recordings.
You should import the recordings to your database first: right-click on the continuous file > Import MEG/EEG, select the entire file and do NOT select the options “Use events” and “Split”.
Then run compute your connectivity measures on the imported files.

Cheers,
Francois

Hi Francois,

Thanks for your quick reply! Your suggestion worked, and we are now able to run the connectivity process for our data. Thank you for your help.

Best,
Kevin
