Connectvity: relative power, controlling for power

Brainstorm rocks!!!!!

Possible change suggestions to connectivity functions within core BS:

1a.
Enable relativization of power before entry into connectivty computation.

1b.
And/or separate the spectral computation from the connectvity computation

Allow regressing out of power and/or power correlations before connectivity computation.

Thanks for the appreciation and suggestions!
Please note that most, if not all, connectivity measures are not dependent on the amplitude/power of the signal; they include the latter as a scaling factor.
