Converting EEG electrodes to MNI

Hello Francois,

I have the location of my EEG dataset based on EEGLAB (xyz). I have followed all the instruction in earlier posts to convert xyz to MNI coordinates but it does not work. Do you have any suggestion to give the location I have (in EEGLAB) and convert them to MNI?

First, make sure you followed all the introduction tutorials (section "Get started", at least until #19 included), and the EEG/Epilepsy tutorial (especially the sections about preparing the channel file):

If none of this helps, please try to be more specific than "it does not work" and describe:

  • what you tried to do (and where you got the information from)
  • what you obtain
  • explain why is not giving the results you expected (include the full text of any error message you got)
