Correction for spike-like artefact

Hello,

i am starting to analyze SP02 data acquired on my subject but i have some spike-like artifact on the data (probably the sensor got separated from the finger of the subject for few seconds) (see figure):

I was wondering if there was already a motion correction algorithm or similar in Brainstorm that I could use to remove those spikes and interpolate the signal?

The artifacts are quite short (less than 2 seconds):

There is not such a process in Brainstorm. There are however processes to detect these spike-like events based on their amplitude or their deviation with respect to the mean, etc, and mark such segments are BAD in further processing.
