CT head thresholding and intracranial leads

When working with post-implant CT heads, I have noticed that the MRI viewer launches with the intensity threshold set such that only bone and metal artifact are visible (see attached image). On the one hand, this is fine for localizing SEEG contacts. I am concerned, however, that for some CTs this setting may be too high even to show bone/metal density. Currently the thresholding sliders are disabled for MRI viewer in this mode (see same image). Perhaps these could be enabled in case the threshold needs to be adjusted?

There is no threshold applied to this volume.
If you need to see more details, it is the colormap configuration that needs to be adjusted: increase the contrast and maybe use a different colormap to enhance the details you want to see.

Thanks Francois! Adjusting the contrast and brightness is what I meant by thresholding (aka windowing). I just didn't know how to access that functionality. I see it now.
