hi,
Archana or Francois
Kindly provide the more accurate steps to get the .BDF files from DEAP dataset into the brainstorm.
link to DEAP dataset is

(I moved your topic out of the thread you used initially, since this is an unrelated topic)
Kindly provide the more accurate steps to get the .BDF files from DEAP dataset into the brainstorm.
BDF files are natively supported by Brainstorm, you can process them like any other MEG/EEG file in Brainstorm.
To learn how to use Brainstorm:
- Start by reading the introduction tutorials in the section “Get started” (at least until #19 to start with), using the MEG example dataset provided.
http://neuroimage.usc.edu/brainstorm/Tutorials - Then read the tutorial “EEG and epilepsy” in the section “Advanced tutorials”.
- Finally try to create your own protocol and import your own recordings.
Just change the file format of the files to link to your database to "EEG: BDF"
Enjoy the reading!
