Deleting MEG Channels

Hi
I have several MEG-Recordings from an Elekta-NeuroMag and after some time we decided to not use three channels, because they didn't work anymore. So now I have 313 Channels for some files and 310 for others and I want to process them together. That doesn't work because of the different size.
Simply marking the Channels as BAD didn't work so I thought I need to delete them completly but I didn't know how. The "Standardize > Uniform list of channels" doesn't work and I get the warning "Error: Data type mismacht. Invalid inputs for process: "Uniform list of channels".

I'm also kinda new to Brainstorm and don't know what to do anymore. Could you help me?

This is caused as the data has to be imported first to run this process.
