Difference means

Dear community:
I have two raw files of EEG. Then I compute source reconstruction for each. And I put each source in a different process. I have tried to run Test > Difference of means. And I get this error (see screenshot).

What I would like to know is what factors can I change to make it less heavy for computation?

• Import epochs of interest from your data.
• Work only with a few ROIs
• Use processes that are optimized to process long recordings at the source level, such as the PSD, as illustrated in the resting state tutorial.
