I am wondering if there are differences between one version of matlab or another regarding matlab use or not. I have tried looking on installation guide but I'm not clear at all.

Hi Rene,
From the Brainstorm side, we aim to support Matlab versions up to 10 years, so it will be functional.
On the Matlab side, each version may have improvements in processing, but we have not noticed any significant difference.
There are two things to consider with newer versions of Matlab ( > 2022b):
- The use of the (beta) New Desktop Matlab has not been fully tested with Brainstorm
- Running Brainstorm on Matlab for Apple Silicon, may bugs as some functions and plugins are not supported yet.
