Different source results with kernel and full results

The "full results" are computed exactly as "Kernel * EEG":

The values that are displayed for both files should be exactly the same. Overlay the signals for a scout on the two files, they should overlap exactly. But you can observe differences in the way these values are represented in the 3D figures if you use the default colormap settings: "Colormap > Maximum: Global".
In the case of the full results, it sets the maximum of the colorbar (hence the meaning of the Amplitude slider in the Surface tab) to the real maximum amplitude in the estimated souces; in the case of the optimized storage, the colormap is scaled based on a simple heuristic that rarely gives the actual real maximum (it finds the time sample with the maximum GFP in the data and projects this time point in the source space, and takes the highest source magnitude).

Thanks!
