I want to test different parameters effect of openmeeg BEM, instead of using the default BEM layers& conductivities in bst, is there any other rational options?

What other parameters do you want to test?
You may need to check the scripts in order to change some other parameters, or work directly with the source code,
I don't know what parameters can be set currently. I would like to test some different physiological settings, such as the conductivity parameters shown in the picture. I don't have the professional knowledge in this area, so I'm not sure how to modify them.
For the conductivity, you can just change the values in the boxes,
And for the layers, you can uncheck the one you don't want to include.
It depends on what you want to do. However, you need some knowledge to understand all these parameters and their effects.
