Dimension of matrices being concatenated are not consistent

Hi,

I am doing source reconstruction from individual MRI with 5000 vertices on cortex and subcortical structures. So for the head model, I am doing overlapping sphere, using custom source model. After, when I do the source reconstruction (with all the default option), I have an error message that say:

Sans titre.png1920×1080 298 KB

. The things is that it was working before and suddently, now, it does not work for any subject.

Hi Daphne,

Since then is not working anymore?
Did it stop working after an update of Brainstorm?

Could you send one of your subjects for which you get this error?
Right-click on the subject folder > File > Export subject.
Upload the .zip file somewhere (eg. dropbox) and send me the link in a separate email (click on my username on this forum).

If the .zip file is too big, right-click on the subject folder > File > Duplicate subject, delete all the files that are not necessary for reproducing the error, then export this duplicated subject.

Hi Francois,

Sometime it does some updates automatically so I don't remember if it did an update between the subjects. The file is way too big but I get this
when I try to duplicate it..

PS: This is the ITAB data that you managed to get it work on brainstorm!

Hi Daphe,

Alternatively, create a new subject, then copy-paste (from the Brainstorm database explorer only) all the files needed to reproduce the error.
Then export this copied subject.

I am currently traveling and may not be able to help you before mid-October.
