I want to make statistics with result matrices (scouts time series) and I get these error messages that I don't understand. Could you please help me to see things more clearly?
The issue seems to come form the wrong size of the label field in the FieldTrip structure generated from the Brainstorm matrix file.

How did you generate these matrix files?

Can you post the content of one of the matrix files?
Right-click > File > View file contents
