I'm a new user of brainstorm software. I installed it to perform, in the same time, multiple comparisons (MRI/fMRI and EEG).
I don't know what I would should do.
I've 2 doubts: 1) I don't find the plugin subfolder insede .brainstorm folder 2) I don't know how to display fibers inside the brain 3) there's an error related to visualization the entire set of images that are not the T1 (white matter etc.)
I'm working with both OS and windows
Can you help me?
I recommend you start by following all the introduction tutorials (section Get started), using the example dataset provided, then additional tutorials that are relevant to your specific interests (the EEG/Epilepsy tutorial for learning how to process EEG, the connectivity/fibers tutorial, etc).
