I finished the source analysis with sLoreta and dSPM among other mechanisms.
Now, I would like to compare in a statistical way the results obtained.
Is there any Brainstorm tood that allows this kind of comparision to be carried out?
Or a way to export the results to compare them using Matlab tools outside Brainstorm?

Brainstorm has different tools for statistical tests in the source space.

Any file in Brainstorm can be exported as:
Matlab variable: right-click on the file > File > Export to Matlab
File: right-click on the file > File > Export to file
(The available formats will depend of the type of data to export)
