DUNEuro forward model when in server mode

Hello,

I noticed that when I run a forward model with a FEM using DUNEuro option a gui pops out asking for parameters. However, if you specify these parameters in the function input and run it with a script it will still ask for user confirmation on parameters using the gui. Is there an specific reason for that being the case?
