I've done coregistration of MRI/CT using CAT12 which resulted in an implantation file with all the electrodes and localizations.
I have two questions concerning that:
How can I match the resulting implantation file to the EDF channel file of the raw sEEG data? i.e. is there a way to replace the EDF channel with the sEEG channels implantation file for further analysis?
Is there a way to be able to use digits to name electrodes?
This is not possible as the EDF format does not store information on channel location. So you would need to save those locations in a different file. To do so, right-click on the Channel file > File > Export to file, select a common file format e.g. BIDS electrodes.tsv, subject space
