Is there an EEG data base connected to Brainstorm in order to evaluate the raw data?

I am not sure what you are alluding to. Our tutorial pages feature (raw) EEG data that you can download for you to explore and reproduce the contents of the tutorial to learn the software features and apply on your own data. That being said, Brainstorm is a software toolkit; it is not meant to be a distribution portal to data repositories.
