EEG electrodes that represent Yeo functional network

Hi,

I am trying to figure out which EEG electrodes correspond to the nodes in the Yeo functional network. Is there any way to do this?

It is not possible to assign EEG electrodes to these networks, they are defined for the cortical surface.
You would need to compute the brain sources with the EEG recordings, and then analyze the sources in the Yeo parcellations:

How do I save in an excel file the power spectrum values for each Yeo parcellation?

You can export any file in Brainstorm with right-click > File > Export to file

Excel can read multiple formats including: .xlsx (as expected), .csv and .tsv
Test them to find the the one that is the most convenient for you
