I have 2 conditions, baseline resting data and post-manipulation resting data. I am calculation PSD for both conditions. In Brainstorm, is it possible to compare these 2 PSDs and get comparison plot in z scores?
In Brainstorm, you could easily compute the difference (or other binary measures) of the two PSD with the panel Process2.
But I'm not sure what kind of Z-score computation you would expect.
If you are expecting to see something that is not in the list of the processes when selecting the two files on the two sides of the Process2 tab, then you'd have to compute the values yourself and/or plot them with your own Matlab scripts.
