EEG source localization, comparing between different methods

Hi

I should finish my final project about EEG source localization based on ICA in 1 month and I dont have enough time.
I want to merge sloreta with a recursive approach. But I need a situation to compare it with some other methods such as loreta and etc. may you help me?

Hello,

There are many ways to compare different inverse methods and standardization techniques... Some basic instructions can be found in the introduction tutorials:

If you want some formal evaluation of sLORETA, you could refer directly to the publications of RD Pascual-Marqui. Note that in Brainstorm you will not get results comparable to what you obtain with the LORETA software, because everything but the source map normalization is done in a different way.
