As suggested following removal of the MIP: functional tick on the display figure for epileptogencity map for the issue of maps being static, now the overlay of statistical values over MRI has disappeared. The EI.txt is computed in the tmp folder. Restarted Matlab and no success.

Can you be more specific on what your problem is and how to reproduce it?
Please include screen capture of what you think is not behaving correctly.
